No more lost phone numbers, no more looking for what you were supposed to pick up at the grocery store on the way home from work, no more phone calls you were supposed to return and forgot to.
Your short-term memory is so fragile that something as simple as needing to pick up your dry cleaning can pop into your mind a dozen times during the day so you won’t forget.
Such mental interruptions are an incredible waste of mental energy and time. Don’t rely on your short-term memory to run your life. Use a written system to capture everything you need to remember in one safe, retrievable location.
